Preorders
Many of our collections are offered as preorders, which means your item is purchased from one of our trusted overseas manufacturing partners after the preorder closes. This allows us to offer unique, custom-designed clothing without carrying excess inventory.
An estimated arrival time (ETA) will be provided with each preorder. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and is based on information provided by our manufacturer.
Because our products are shipped internationally before arriving to us, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, weather delays, port congestion, shipping carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control may impact delivery timelines. As a result, preorders may arrive earlier or later than the estimated arrival date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the preorder process. We will always communicate any significant delays as soon as we receive updated information from our manufacturer.
Order Processing & Shipping
Once your preorder has arrived and passed our quality inspection—or for any in-stock items—orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage/First Class Mail or UPS for a flat shipping rate of $8.00.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been accepted by USPS or UPS, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping carrier. Millie Magnolia is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address by the carrier.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. We are happy to assist by providing any shipping information you may need.
USPS Claims
Claims for lost, damaged, or missing USPS packages may be filed through USPS using your tracking number. Depending on the service used, claims must generally be submitted within the carrier's required timeframe. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase and photographs of damaged items.
UPS Claims
Claims for lost or damaged UPS shipments should generally be initiated within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date. You will need your tracking number, a description of the issue, and photos if the package or contents were damaged. Most claims are resolved within 8–10 business days.
