What is a Pre Order?
Great question! For those of you new to the smocked boutique clothing world, a 'preorder' is opened once a certain group of custom apparel designs have been finalized with our vendor. Most manufacturers require a "MOQ" (Minimum Order Quantity) to be placed in order to proceed with production of our custom design. Preorders are typically open for 2-3 weeks, to allow customers time to purchase the items of their choice and to ensure that we are able to provide our manufacturer with a precise quantity of orders and meet our MOQ. Production time varies by manufacturer, order quantity, and amount of designs submitted in one preorder. You can expect items to typically arrive around 3 months after we have submitted our preorder. No orders will be accepted after the preorder has ended.
Do your prices include shipping and/or tax?
Our prices are not shipping inclusive. Tax will be added at the end of checkout based on your location.
Do you offer discounts?
Absolutely! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for discount codes and bundle deals! These can be applied at checkout.
What is your return/refund policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns. If you would like to view the entire policy, you can view that on our 'Refund Policy' tab.
What if there is a mistake to my order?

How often do you get new items?
We are constantly working on new designs. Upcoming preorders will be announced on the website as well as our Facebook page. As we are new, we are currently in the process of stocking RTS inventory which will be available under the 'RTS' tab. You can expect to see this by August at the latest. If you want to see what's new, follow us on Facebook, and keep an eye on our website!
